THE EXPERIENCE
Settling In
Your private treatment suite is available 15 minutes before and after your appointment, allowing time to transition from the pace of everyday life into the experience ahead.
Enjoy a curated selection of tea, espresso, sparkling water, or filtered water before or after your treatment.
A thoughtfully prepared tea is served at the conclusion of your treatment in a takeaway cup, ready to accompany you home.

Your Treatment
Each treatment is tailored to your body and your goals, whether you're here for manual lymphatic drainage, massage therapy, or therapeutic bodywork.
Every element surrounding the treatment has been chosen to encourage presence. A settled nervous system shapes how we experience touch, rest, and recovery.
The Return
While you enjoy your treatment, your tea is prepared so it's the perfect temperature when your treatment concludes.
Your treatment ends with a light misting of Botanical Tonic, marking the transition back into your day.
THE TREATMENTS
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic form of bodywork designed to support the natural movement of lymph through the body. Unlike traditional massage, which generally works more directly with muscle and deeper soft tissue, MLD uses light, precise movements at the surface of the skin, where the lymphatic system begins collecting excess fluid from the tissues, to support its movement through established lymphatic pathways.
Massage Therapy
Restorative massage works directly with muscle and soft tissue using pressure, movement, and rhythm adapted to the needs of each session. Treatment is designed to ease muscular tension, support comfortable movement, and allow the body to settle within an environment intentionally shaped by the senses.
Therapeutic Bodywork
An individualized treatment that integrates manual lymphatic drainage and massage therapy according to your needs. A session may move between gentle work with the superficial lymphatic system and more direct work with muscle and soft tissue, allowing fluid movement and muscular tension to be addressed within the same treatment.
